One of my earliest memories is of sitting on the swing set in our back yard at the age of three or four, singing at the top of my lungs. I was making up songs about God and singing them really loud so that the neighborhood children would hear. I guess even back then I believed in God's power to work through music to radically affect the minds and hearts of those listening.

I still believe that today. However, the location has changed. It's not the backyard swing set, but clubs, coffeehouses and concert venues. Every Friday and Saturday night across the country there are throngs of people trying to find comfort, to blow off steam, to vent their frustration with life; searching for somewhere to belong, a community, something to fill the emptiness.

God has called me, and uniquely gifted me, to write, perform and record music that will speak His truth in a non-threatening way that reaches beyond the church walls and meets them right where they are. The music creates an opportunity to connect, build relationships and live life with people that desperately need to know their Father loves them.

For a long time now, I've had the vision and felt the calling for this ministry, but God kept saying, "Not yet." Well, now He is saying, "GO!" I'm takin' it to the streets, will you go with me?
